        Hi Billy, I think Rosemary Morrow is a lady with a lot of experience in this. Also you can speak with Chris Evans who went to Nepal not speaking Nepali and now has written The Farmers' Handbook, in Nepali! also published in English. He's trained hundreds of Nepali Farmers now. Although Chris is currently in Nepal so may take a few weeks to contact.
