    Default The Buffetts suporting No-Till

An article of grandson of Warren Buffett and son of Howard G. Buffett,...
has a passion for agriculture being a "Farmer"and advocating No-Till.
    it's encouraging but,
We should get such people talking about Permaculture ...!

I have seen a lot of commercial No-Till farming that use crimpers to kill off the cover crops.
    Using Monstinko is evil.
At least it is a good start to think about alternative ways of farming and there is hope yet.
    I believe in Mulch.

Agreed, I picked up a book on Apple growing from the stand point of Organic orchard management and the first thing I skimmed upon was Sulpher sprays and other chemical formulas. Do people even understand wtf Organic means?!?!!?!?!?!?!?!?!

I think you've gone "beyond organic" Pakanoida. You see the interconnected web of life and intend to not destroy any part of it, but to foster the whole. So much of even "organic agriculture" seems to be about killing.

I think you are right, and I am NOT going down that path. In my world, there are 2 paths in life; One that walks with the earth, and one that walks against it.

From the article, quote from Buffett the Youngest:

You know, I was pulled out of Omaha when I was younger because my father started to work, when he was done serving as county commissioner, at Archer Daniels Midland. When I left the White House, and I was working — we worked remotely for the Defense Department, so we commuted to Afghanistan and Iraq and back

So yeah. Good luck with that.

That's the grandson of the guy who used his political influence to stop the Keystone pipeline... not because he's a rabid environmentalist (as his PR would have you believe) but because his company owns the Burlington Northern & Santa Fe railroad that moves the oil from North Dakota instead. And just made another cool $150 million from a bailout to a bank he bought for a song.

In short, these people are robber barons who promote what ideas, companies, and political policies benefit their own bottom line. You'd have better luck finding conscience in a pack of rabid weasels.
